ICON Vehicle Dynamics V.S. 2.5 Series coilover shocks are an incredible upgrade for the front end of 1996-2004 Toyota Tacoma equipped with a 6" lift suspension system. These full length coilovers are specifically designed for use with the ProComp 6" lift suspension system, but may also be compatible with kits from other manufacturers, and eliminates the top mount spacer commonly paired with the OE coilovers with these types of suspension systems. ICON’s Vehicle-specific valving provides a sport tuned feel on and off-road while lift height adjustability allows the fine tunings of vehicle stance. The larger 2.5” shock body and increased piston area over stock components and application specific length to maximize wheel travel provide improved damping ability and outstanding ride characteristics across varying types of terrain. Remote reservoirs greatly increase shock oil volume and heat dissipation surface area to resist overheating and cavitation under hard use, which can lead to damper fade. When paired with ICON 2.0 Aluminum Series or 2.5 Series rear shocks vehicle control will be balanced front to rear, resulting in the best overall driving experience for your Toyota.
