ICON Vehicle Dynamics' 2005-2026 Ford F-450/F-550 Super Duty Alignment Cam Kit provides additional caster to align your Super Duty back into factory spec when lifted with our suspension systems. Ford Super Duty Alignment Cams ensure that your vehicles suspension and steering are working in precise coordination, improving overall drivability.
APPLICATION NOTE #465: Included caster cams are not compatible with models with manual locking front hub on driver side ONLY. Models without front passenger side locking hub must omit cams and instead require aftermarket radius arms or 4-link conversion for proper wheel alignment, or an upgrade to passenger side manual locking hub for compatibility with caster cams.
