The BORLA® R&D Team has developed an awesome sounding exhaust for your Kia K5. Our 2.25" diameter Cat-Back'™ system is specifically tuned for the K5's 1.6L engine. The S-Type system is going to give you a sound that is much sportier than stock, yet still refined and far from obnoxious. Not to mention, a drone-free driving experience for comfort during cruising speeds. The muffler features BORLA®'s Polyphonic Exhaust Harmonizer technology which utilizes patented units that contain pipes of different diameters and lengths to create multiple exhaust notes that harmonize to deliver a clean, rich, full bodied sound and has 2.25" brushed T-304 stainless steel turn down tips. Reuse Original Equipment (O.E.) valance tips. The system includes a flow plate to eliminate check engine light that may be caused by the increase of airflow of the BORLA® system. BORLA® Cat-Back™ & Axle-Back exhaust systems feature patented straight-through and multi-core technology to unleash hidden horsepower.
